      Dr. George Ahlering

      Licensure: Missouri

Dr. Ahlering specializes in general Gynecology with a focus on infertility, recurrent miscarriage, and bio identical hormone replacement therapy.

Dr. Ahlering and his team of infertility specialist staff have developed into one of the most successful and attentive fertility clinics in the Midwest with a special emphasis on recurrent miscarriage.

His other area of focus is bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. He has been the leader in introducing pellet therapy into the St. Louis market but also prescribes various forms of transdermal and vaginal therapy.

Dr. Ahlering developed a flourishing practice in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery but now has transitioned strictly to an office-based practice. He is still involved with diagnostics and surgical planning; however, surgical procedures are carried out by his qualified and specially trained surgical partners, Dr. Christi Menges and Dr. Jennifer McDonald.

Dr. Ahlering has an enthusiastic belief in women’s wellness and functional medicine as the path to longevity and sustained health with as little medication as possible. In conjunction with Drs. Hohn and Muckerman, he offers comprehensive heath care focusing on lifestyle adaptation, education in diet and exercise management, and ways to optimize the healthy hormone balance of each individual.
